How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery time and cost depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Available destinations and rates appear at checkout once you enter your address.
Sizing
Will it fit me?
Almost every OWYD bracelet is adjustable, so one size fits most wrists. Pieces with a fixed length list their size in centimetres on the product page.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you would wear the bracelet, mark where it overlaps, then measure the strip against a ruler.
Materials & care
What are OWYD pieces made of?
The material is listed on each product page — braided nylon or silk cord, stainless steel, or 925 sterling silver.
How do I look after my piece?
Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and salt water. If it gets wet, dry it with a soft cloth. Store silver in a dry place to keep its shine.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your order, as EU consumer law provides. The piece must come back unworn and in its packaging. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
My piece arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
